MSE Operators Union is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application and web platform.
1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you register as a member, we collect contact information (name, email, mobile number), CPF number, professional details (Circle, Zone, Designation), date of birth, and optional profile photo. For payments, we collect transaction details through Razorpay payment gateway. We do not store complete credit/debit card details.
2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
We use your information for membership management, processing registrations and renewals, verifying identity through OTP, managing payments and donations, generating invoices, sending communications, and providing access to member services.
3. DATA SHARING
Your information may be visible to union administrators, committee members, and other members in committee lists. We share data with Razorpay for payments, SMS providers for OTP codes, and cloud hosting services. We may disclose information if required by law.
4. DATA SECURITY
We use SSL/TLS encryption, secure database storage, OTP authentication, password hashing, and PCI-DSS compliant payment processing to protect your data.
5. YOUR RIGHTS
You can access and update your information, request account deactivation, and control notification settings through your member profile.
